Normandy, one of Riverside’s older apartment complexes and an attractive location for a college student who likes to walk to class, has been sold to an Orange County investor for $1,850,000, according to a statement.
The 25-unit complex is in the 1400 block of Seventh Street, close to UCR and even closer to University Village and other places to shop. It was built in 1964 and is mostly made up of two-bedroom units.
DIG University Gardens of Laguna Beach was the seller, and Hendricks & Partners, a multi-family specialist, helped broker the deal. 1480 Seventh Street Apartments LP of Agoura Hills was the seller.
